Universal Form Photo Release
Needed ASAP!
if you want your student to be included in the yearbook, you need to submit a digitally signed photo release.
The form can be found on the PowerSchool portal under Forms.

It is called "2025-26 Universal Form"
Please note, even if your teacher asked you to sign a paper copy at the beginning of the year, we still will need this digital signature on the form in the PowerSchool portal.
5th Grade Fund
We’re excited to kick off a memorable final year for the Spreckels Elementary Class of 2026! To make this year extra special, we are asking for a suggested donation of $99 per student to help cover the costs of:

Every student will be able to participate in these activities, regardless of donation. If you’re in a position to give a little extra to help sponsor another student, your generosity is greatly appreciated.
Prefer to give a different amount? No problem—every donation counts.

If you would like to donate in person, you can make a check payable to “Spreckels PTA” — write “5th grade fund” in the memo and drop it in the PTA box at the front office.
Can’t contribute financially right now? No problem! We’d love your help at one of our upcoming fundraising events—your time and energy are just as valuable.

Yearbook Checklist
Please complete the following steps to ensure your student is featured in the yearbook! Steps 1-3 are free, and Step 4 is an optional donation that helps pay for the yearbook for everyone (and allows you to create a special shoutout for your 5th grader!).
Please complete all steps by December 19, 2025.

Step 1: Complete Photo Release

Go to the PowerSchool portal, select Forms, and submit the "2025-26 Universal Form."​​

Step 2: Upload Baby Photo

Upload a baby photo of your student for the yearbook and end-of-year poster (we want a baby picture of every student, so don't skip this one!). Upload the photo to BuyTheYearbook.com (School ID: 730795).

Step 3: Upload Yearbook Photos
-
​Upload up to 25 photos of your student throughout the years to BuyTheYearbook.com (School ID: 730795). Pictures can include all grades, field trips, and special events at school. Pictures with multiple students are encouraged. Make sure to include at least one photo of your student so they are included in the yearbook!

You can be creative! There are multiple categories that don't have to be at school:
First Day of School (These can include pictures at home!)
Virtual Schooling (Online kindergarten pictures)
Wildcats in the Wild (Out and about, on vacation)
Sports (All non-school sports welcome)

​Purchase a 5th Grade Dedication at BuyTheYearbook.com (School ID: 730795) and create your own personalized message for your 5th grader with your own chosen pictures. You can purchase more than one dedication and include your 5th graders’ friends as well. Order your shoutout before ​​November 21 to take advantage of Early Bird Pricing:
